Angela Andonova joined Lalicic & Partners Law Firm in Skopje in 2018. She completed her professional education at the Faculty of Law ‘Justinijan Prvi’ in Skopje in 2014, where she also completed her master’s degree in civil material and civil procedural law. Her master’s thesis focused on ‘The right to long-term lease of construction land in the Republic of North Macedonia and comparative law’, earning her the title of Master of Laws (LL.M). After several years of professional training, she passed the Bar Exam in 2021 and was officially registered in the Directory of Attorneys at the Bar Association of RNM in 2022.

Actively dedicated to her work, Angela provides clients with legal assistance and support in several areas of law, with particular focus on labor law, contractual law, property and business law. She has extensive experience representing clients before all judicial, administrative bodies and institutions in various civil and administrative law procedures — including procedures for acquiring citizenship of the Republic of North Macedonia, regulating the residence of foreign nationals, and representing the legal interests of clients in procedures for incorporation and changes of trade companies before the Central Registry of the Republic of North Macedonia.
