BIOGRAPHY
Vedran Lalicic
Vedran Lalicic is born and lives in Skopje. He achieved his education at the Law faculty in Skopje – Justinian I, after which he specialized in the business law, finalizing his master’s theme “Modern positive legal trends in the operation of the trade companies in the Republic of Macedonia”. His work experience includes working at a law office, notary public, and the public sector.
In the course of its operations, he is involved in various projects and legal matters from the field of civil and business law, where he gained experience in providing legal and consulting support of business entities and physical persons, the preparation and analysis of legal documentation, as well as the representation of its clients in front of the competent courts and authorities.
While working in the health sector, he gained the professional preparation for counseling about the property and legal issues, as well as all the specifics about the setting up of agreements for the transfer, separation, disposal, and restriction of real property, movable assets, and rights.
In the field of business and the public sector, he possesses experience in terms of the practical functioning of trade companies and public enterprises.
